1. Agreement
By using the ecoformpro.com website, joining the waitlist, or installing or using the EcoFormPro app (including beta builds), you agree to these terms. If you use EcoFormPro for an employer or client, you confirm you can accept these terms on their behalf.
2. A tool, not a determination
EcoFormPro aids the collection of field data and the preparation of wetland determination data sheets and reports. It applies rules from the USACE wetland delineation manual and regional supplements to the data you enter, but it does not replace professional judgment, field training or the applicable manuals, supplements, plant lists and agency guidance.
- You are responsible for your determinations, for the accuracy of the data you enter and for every data sheet, report, map and file you prepare, sign or submit.
- Check generated documents before you rely on them or submit them. Reference data (such as plant lists and indicator status) and public map layers can be out of date or contain errors.
- EcoFormPro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or reviewed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or any other agency. Using it does not mean a submission will be accepted.
3. Beta software
Beta builds are pre-release software provided for testing. They may contain bugs, change or stop working, and may lose data. Keep independent backups and do not rely on a beta build as your only record of field work. Beta builds are distributed through Apple’s TestFlight and are also subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. Please keep unreleased features confidential if we ask you to.
4. Your data
Your projects are yours. They are stored on your device, and we do not claim any rights to them. See the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve EcoFormPro without obligation to you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or website: no attempts to disrupt our services or the public map services the app uses, reverse engineering beyond what law allows, or use that violates law or the rights of others.
6. Purchases
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, they will be sold through Apple’s App Store under Apple’s terms, including its billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules.
7. Intellectual property
The EcoFormPro app, name, icon and website are our property. Official USACE forms, government map layers and public reference data remain subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
EcoFormPro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or for decisions made, permits sought or projects delayed in reliance on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for EcoFormPro in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
9. Changes and ending use
We may change these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. You can stop using EcoFormPro at any time. We may end access to beta builds or the waitlist at any time.
